For the second year in a row, Colby's beloved El Dorado Wildcats marched through the 6A playoffs and made it to the Championship Game at War Memorial Stadium. As a result of the impressive 11-1 record, the Wildcats were the designated home team.... a definite sign that the team would emerge victorious! The past two trips to the final game didn't end on a good note..... as a result of the El Dorado fans being forced to sit on the visitor's side. It was a beautiful afternoon as Colby and the crowd of 7,000+ Wildcat fans watched their team beat the Pine Bluff Zebras, which was the only team to beat them this year. Congratulations to the El Dorado Wildcats..... Colby loves you so!
