Expectations were high this year as Colby's mom prepared to top the excitement of last year's Birthday celebration at Disneyworld. And, as it worked out..... thanks to the El Dorado Wildcats advancement in the 6A Playoffs, the task was not as daunting as it was originally thought to be. The Birthday morning started off with a bang, as Colby jumped out the bed bright and early ready to tear into the presents that awaited him. At the request of the young lad, Colby's mom was charged with making him an El Dorado Wildcat Birthday Cake and the end result surprised everybody!!! Early that afternoon, Colby and his mom made the drive to El Dorado to watch the Wildcats beat Watson Chapel and advance to the State Championship Game for the second year in a row. After the game, the victorious group gathered at Ms. Robin's house for a second Birthday celebration. All in all, Colby's 7th Birthday was quite memorable!!
